1 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the 747 Player platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and players who access or use the platform.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on 747 Player. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact 747 Player support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Do not allow others to use your account to place bets on your behalf.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspicious activity to our support team promptly.

747 Player may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or as part of routine compliance checks. Documents typically requested include a government-issued ID and proof of address. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal holds.

4 Deposits and Payments

747 Player accepts deposits through the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

All funds deposited are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 747 Player does not currently process deposits in foreign currencies. Any bank conversion fees incurred on the player's side are the player's responsibility.

Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately. In the event of a technical delay, please contact customer support and provide your transaction reference number for faster resolution.

747 Player reserves the right to reject deposits that appear suspicious, that come from unverified payment sources, or that may be connected to fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. If that is not feasible, the player may be asked to provide an alternative verified payment method in their own name.

Standard withdrawal processing times at 747 Player are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Typically processed within minutes to a few hours.
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers: Usually within a few hours on banking days.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 banking days depending on the issuing bank.

Before a first withdrawal is processed, 747 Player may require identity verification. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals follow standard processing timelines. There is no maximum number of withdrawals per week, but individual withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to the player as needed.

Withdrawals may be delayed or held for review if there is suspected fraudulent activity, if wagering requirements on bonuses have not been met, or if account verification is incomplete.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

747 Player offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before claiming any bonus.

All bets placed on the 747 Player platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport. These rules are accessible within each game lobby or betting market and should be reviewed before placing any bet.

General rules that apply across all betting products on 747 Player:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not permitted after a bet has been accepted, except as stated in specific market rules (e.g., void bets in the event of a match cancellation).
• The minimum bet amount is ₱50 across most markets. Specific games or tables may have different minimums which will be displayed clearly.
• In the event of a technical error that affects odds or game outcomes, 747 Player reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to gain an unfair advantage.

11 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
